Help us open the right conversations.

Clidey builds modern data infrastructure that helps companies unify fragmented data across ERP systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, manufacturing platforms, finance systems, and internal databases.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to identify organizations experiencing these challenges and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify organisations suffering from data fragmentation and reporting challenges.
  • Build prospect lists through industry databases, LinkedIn, conferences, and referrals.
  • Research potential customers and understand their technology stacks.
  • Contact executives by email, telephone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Build relationships with consultants, private equity firms, system integrators, ERP partners, and industry associations.
  • Maintain CRM records and develop repeatable outbound sales processes.
  • Work directly with the founders to refine our ideal customer profile.

Ideal experience

  • Experience in B2B software sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience selling enterprise software, analytics, ERP solutions, data platforms, or consulting services.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence making outbound calls every day.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

Success in the first six months

  • Build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate 50–100 targeted outbound contacts each week.
  • Secure 10–20 discovery meetings each month.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with consulting firms and industry specialists.
  • Help Clidey close its first enterprise customers.

Compensation

The package includes a competitive base salary, commission on qualified meetings and closed deals, and equity participation for exceptional candidates.
